What FTP program should I use?

Location: ftp tool + upload files

While Visio Hosting does not represent any particular FTP tool we have found the following to be very good choices. While we do not support these tools, if you have problems logging in please submit a ticket and a Tech will help you out.

AceFTP
SmartFTP

If you use one of the following FTP programs you can find a free configuration file for setting up your site's ftp details in your cPanel. To access it please goto FILES > FTP ACCOUNTS in your cPanel and under the drop down box for "/" select "configure a ftp program"

If you are having trouble setting up an ftp with your site details please submit a ticket and one of our techs will help you out.
